Our pricing includes the complete home: structure, insulation, interior finishes, kitchen and bathrooms, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and delivery to your site. Not included: foundation work, site preparation, utility connections, and local permitting fees. These vary by location. We provide a transparent cost breakdown during your initial consultation so there are zero surprises. Most clients budget an additional 15-20% of the home price for site work.

Every HAUS home comes with a comprehensive warranty package: 2-year full-coverage warranty on all systems and finishes, 5-year structural warranty, and 10-year envelope warranty covering the thermal boundary, roofing, and waterproofing. Our warranty is backed by a third-party insurance provider, so your coverage is guaranteed regardless.

HAUS homes qualify for standard mortgage financing, FHA loans, VA loans, and construction-to-permanent loans.
